Milk Duds aside...
1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
5 Large Strawberries- frozen
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tbsp sweetner
blend the hell out it and slurp it up! I actually love this smoothie and you can use any berries to mix it up.
